Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of My Marketing Platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. The Service

My Marketing Platform helps you generate, schedule, and publish content to third-party networks you connect, and monitor the comments, mentions, and reviews that result. We may update, add, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you — including generating drafts and publishing to the channels you connect. You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to help draft content based on your inputs. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable, so you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. We provide an approval step for exactly this reason.

5. Connected channels

When you connect a third-party channel, you authorise us to act on your behalf to publish and manage content there. Your use of each channel is also governed by that platform's own terms and policies, and platform fees or approval requirements set by those networks are your responsibility. You can disconnect a channel at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; spam or manipulate platforms; violate any third-party network's rules; attempt to breach the security of the Service; or use it in a way that harms us or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your account reverts to the Free plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Marketing Platform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
