This Privacy Policy explains how My Marketing Platform (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website and application at mymarketingplatform.com and app.mymarketingplatform.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
My Marketing Platform provides an AI-powered social media management tool that helps you create, schedule, and publish content across third-party networks, and monitor the comments, mentions, and reviews that come back. 2. Information we collect
- Account information. Your name and email address when you sign up, managed through our authentication provider.
- Content you create. The briefs, drafts, posts, images, and brand-voice profiles you enter or generate in the Service.
- Connected-channel credentials. When you connect a social, blog, or review channel, we store the access tokens needed to publish and monitor on your behalf. These are held in an encrypted vault and used only to perform actions you initiate or schedule.
- Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the Service — generating content, scheduling, publishing, and surfacing comments, mentions, and reviews from the channels you connect.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To monitor, maintain, and improve the Service, including debugging and preventing abuse.
- To send you service-related communications (for example, approval notifications you opt into).
We use AI models to generate content from the prompts and brand information you provide. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers & subprocessors
We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service. These currently include:
- Authentication — identity and login management (WorkOS).
- Payments — subscription billing (Stripe).
- AI generation — content generation from your prompts (Anthropic).
- Hosting & storage — application hosting, database, and media storage (Cloudflare, Fly.io).
- Connected platforms — the social networks, blogs, and review services you choose to connect receive the content you publish through them, subject to their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can disconnect a channel at any time to revoke its stored credentials.
7. Security
We protect your data with a zero-trust architecture, per-tenant isolation, encrypted credential storage, optional two-factor authentication, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email mymarketingplatform@gmail.com and we will respond in line with applicable law. You can also disconnect channels and delete content directly in the app.
9. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
